Director of Operations

Meet Seong Pak, our Director of Operations! Seong joined the Miod & Company team in August 2022, bringing with him 20 years of experience from his previous role at Korean Airlines Headquarters in Seoul, Korea. During his time there, Seong had the honor of working with the “2018 PyeongChang winter Olympic Committee” as the Executive Assistant/Policy Advisor. When Paul and Jeremy interviewed Seong for the Director of Operations position, they knew they could trust in his character and expertise, and offered him the opportunity to join our team. Seong happily accepted, and we’re excited to have him on board.

Seong’s main focus at Miod & Company is ensuring that all employees feel like they have had an exciting, productive, and rewarding day every day. He is always busy talking to staff and researching the latest trends to find ways to make their daily lives better and more fulfilling. Seong has learned a lot while working for Miod and Company, and he takes pride in being part of such a great team.

Seong is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his loved ones and participating in indoor athletic activities. For the past 20 years, his favorite hobby has been golf, and he aspires to reach the master level in this sport. When it comes to travel, Seong’s favorite destination is Jamaica, where he celebrated his honeymoon in 2014. He hopes to visit again with his two sons once they are in college. When asked about what he would do with a million dollars in one day, Seong responded with a playful, “Leave me alone! I am busy!!!”
